About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Whiddon, a not-for-profit organisation that prioritises resident-focused care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualised care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote resident-centered care.

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration and current certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Proven experience in clinical care, clinical decision-making, and palliation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
