As an Assistant Store Manager, you will demonstrate resilience, confidence, and leadership, actively engaging both on the sales floor and in operational tasks.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing cash handling processes, ensuring stock accuracy, and motivating your team to foster an environment where everyone can excel.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the store, setting a positive example and guiding your colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Exemplify outstanding leadership for the Store Team and customers.
  • Independently manage store operations when the Store Manager is unavailable.
  • Inspire and develop the team to reach their full potential through our Leadership & Company Principles.
  • Efficiently handle deliveries, manage the checkout area, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and standards.

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills to assist colleagues and customers effectively.
  • Ability to manage time, delegate tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
