We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our UK team in the Bristol office.

What can you expect?

  • As a Business Support Administrator, you will be managing Membership adjustments & audits, invoicing, queries (claims & benefits) as part of a friendly and experienced team who will support and train you
  • You will be exposes to a variety of challenges such as assisting the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering, and analysing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects

We will rely on you to:

  • Complete AML checks, setting up of policies, client engagement, drafting of quote request and draft renewal report
  • New Business – Setting up client records and New Business report
  • Deliver analytical support to the Consulting team and clients in line with MMB's Target
  • Build strong working relationships with the Consulting Team, Clients, and Providers to ensure the best service for our clients

What you need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills and previous experience of managing stakeholders
  • Strong Administration, time management and organisational skills
  • Experience of Customer service
