The Role

As an Administrator, you will undertake a range of behind-the-scene support activities to ensure the smooth operation of our international trade services.

Specifically, you'll process export paperwork, send invoices, respond to customer queries and handle foreign customs claims, all while ensuring the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.

You'll also undergo training to gain qualifications and to become an authorised signatory for export documentation and the carnet scheme.


About You
To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:

  • Experience in an administrative or customer-service role
  • The ability to maintain systematic, accurate and efficient office systems, records and procedures
  • Competent keyboard skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT proficiency
  • A good standard of education including a GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language
