Business Administrator Job Opportunity in Bristol City Centre
The company is looking for a Business Administrator to join their team. This role, with a hybrid work setup, allows you to work remotely most days and come into the office once a week to collaborate with the team.
As the Business Administrator, you'll report to the Senior Finance Manager and work closely with the finance and HR departments. Your responsibilities will involve managing various tasks from organizing company events to overseeing office operations and implementing new processes.
About You:
- Genuine IT skills, preferably with experience in Google Suite
- Previous experience in fast-paced environments like administration, recruitment, or customer support
- Flexible and eager to take on diverse responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and adept at problem-solving
- Capable of working on-site in Bristol once a week
- Confident, proactive, and adept at handling projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage invoices and expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
- Oversee office space in Bristol for an optimal work environment
- Manage the remote co-working platform
- Organize company calendars, meetings, and learning sessions
- Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks
