Your responsibilities will include:


Coordinating mechanical and/or electrical design.
Working with consultants and subcontractors.
Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
Supervising the progress of work and run M&E trades.
Preparing the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Ensuring smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract.
Identifying and predicting potential delays and action remedies.
Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues.
Reviewing project scope and managing the budget and schedule.
Performing cost analysis as and when required.
Participating in design reviews.
Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in


About you


You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships. Detailed knowledge of MEP packages including installation techniques, best practice and single system commissioning requirements.

You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
