Are you an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in steering significant infrastructure initiatives? We are in search of a proficient Lead Infrastructure Project Manager who has a solid history of executing intricate projects efficiently and within financial parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee substantial infrastructure initiatives, guaranteeing successful completion within defined scope, timelines, and budgetary limits.
  • Formulate detailed project strategies, encompassing schedules, resource distribution, risk assessment, and financial oversight.
  • Collaborate and engage with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
  • Track project advancement, pinpoint potential challenges, and execute corrective measures to alleviate risks.
  • Compile and deliver regular project briefings, reports, and documentation to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Encourage a culture of ongoing enhancement, innovation, and excellence within the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering major infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse groups.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, project management tools, and industry best practices.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
