We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee our Infrastructure division, specifically focusing on a significant highways initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated team of engineers, supervisors, and supply chain partners to ensure the effective and secure completion of designated project segments, while adhering to established timelines, budgetary limits, and quality benchmarks.
  • Address design inquiries and modifications within the project scope.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other delivery team members and support functions to ensure that project planning aligns with operational constraints and requirements.
  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of the highways project, including budget oversight and scheduling.
  • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Uphold safety standards by implementing rigorous safety protocols at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to verify compliance with established standards.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Agent or Construction Manager on highways projects.
  • Proven track record of effective management that prioritizes inclusivity.
  • Approachable demeanor with a willingness to listen and engage constructively.
  • Evidence of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Possession of a CSCS card / SMSTS certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, ideally with experience in ECC NEC4.
