About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Claims Operations team at IT001 Marsh Spa. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering our Global Claims transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects within the Claims function, delivering business outcomes and ensuring comprehensive requirements are translated into scope documents.
  • Establish and manage project governance structures, stakeholder engagement, and project team management.
  • Develop solution blueprints that incorporate business, technical, and data requirements, ensuring effective communication with technical development teams.
  • Manage data and MI reporting requests, and develop training and supplemental materials to support business change.
Requirements
  • Strong business analysis and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes.
  • Experience in the insurance domain, particularly in Claims, with a strong focus on understanding and improving the customer/client experience.
  • Excellent analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in using process mapping tools such as Visio and ARIS.
  • Strong data and reporting skills, including Power BI.
