We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Insights and Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in driving our data visualisation capabilities and setting an example for others to follow.

This role requires regular office attendance and involves working with colleagues to develop high-quality reporting solutions that enable business users to make informed and timely decisions.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Insights and Analytics team to develop and implement business intelligence solutions using Power BI, T-SQL, and DAX. They will be expected to manage all visualisation requests, support the team, and deliver reporting solutions that meet the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management. They will be able to lead on projects, create visually appealing reports and dashboards, and maintain a high standard of quality throughout the department.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in creating data models and using DAX
  • Proficient in using M Code and Power BI
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver projects on time
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create guidance documentation and SOPs
  • Experience in delivering training sessions to various stakeholders
