Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Health Jobs UK. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our analytical capabilities and providing insights to inform decision-making.

Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with our data engineering and analytical teams to develop and maintain our data warehouse and business intelligence tools. You will be responsible for defining use cases, operational processes, and data specifications, as well as ensuring that all analytics products are designed and developed in accordance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of detailed use cases for our Azure Data Lake
  • Ensure all BI analytics products are designed and developed in accordance with specifications
  • Develop full and complete specifications and detailed use cases
  • Maintain high levels of quality through management of an assurance process
  • Lead, manage, and provide expert advice and support to the teams
Requirements
  • Significant experience of working as a Business Analyst within healthcare and/or data-driven environments
  • Experience of coordinating projects in complex and challenging environments
  • Ability to plan for short, medium, and long-term time frames and adapt where appropriate
