Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand strategic goals, challenges and advise on all aspects of HR as a subject manager expertDevelop and implement talent management and development programs working closely with business areas to ensure continued professional development in line with regulatory requirementProvide expert advice on employee relations matters, including complex case management, including; performance, disciplinaries, grievances and TUPE.Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment law, and regulatory requirements, ensuring data accuracy.Act as a lynch pin between the business and centres of excellence on all HR initiatives.Prepare and present HR metrics and insightful analyses of MI to business leaders and stakeholdersSupport annual salary reviews and bonus cycle processesDeliver on any key culture projects or people initiatives as required.Requirements:Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner role within Financial or Professional Services.Experience of managing complex employee relations cases from end to end with strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders to act as a trusted partner communicating across all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Adaptability to work in a changing and dynamic environment through ambiguity. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a consultative approach, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the HR strategy and contribute to continued growth. Hybrid working available.
