We are currently looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator, to join our Marketing Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Marketing Coordinator, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Support to the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive in organising and monitoring creative marketing initiatives to support all Hotel areas: Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Banqueting and Talent and culture activities

To help manage all media requests within the hotel including Journalist requests, interview suites, film crews, photo shoots and news report requests.

To assist the Head of Marketing to create exciting opportunities to shout about our culture and people activities, to propose these ideas to the Group Director of Talent and Culture

To support with Graphic Design for online and printed collateral.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
