About the Role:

The Landmark London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our Conference & Banqueting Office on a permanent basis. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and experiences to our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective contract handovers with the Event Sales team.
  • Assist clients in organizing event details, providing logistical and operational advice.
  • Communicate event details to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Attend pre-con and debrief meetings with clients.
  • Be present on event days to introduce clients to the operations team and ensure a smooth handover.

Requirements:

  • 40 hours per week, shift rota.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
