NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Berkshire area, who are looking for a Strategic lead for improvement and transformation for their Council.

You will be working as a part of multidisciplinary team, developing your knowledge of the different approaches of each case which will allow you to improve your skills and enhance your career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Lead on the Children's Improvement Plan and programme, and undertake the resulting reporting including to: Improvement Board, Company Board and Scrutiny forums where required

Work closely with the senior management team to support the delivery of the programme, providing support and guidance where needed to complete actions and improvement programmes
