Our client, a prominent Top 15 Firm situated in the vibrant hub of London's West End, seeks an Outsourcing Manager to join their dynamic Media team.
In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of innovative clients in the creative sphere, lead a driven and sociable team of management accountants, and actively contribute to business growth and networking ventures right from the get-go.
Your clientele will include a range of entities such as Film & TV Production Companies, Advertising Agencies, Theatres, and Creative Software Companies, offering a stimulating and varied workload within the sector.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Driving operational excellence for a portfolio focused on Media clients.
- Guiding and supporting team leaders to enhance efficiency and automation in client services.
- Tracking KPIs and spearheading internal initiatives to elevate team performance.
- Facilitating the growth and progression of the outsourcing team through evaluations and mentorship.
- Overseeing projects for substantial client onboarding initiatives.
- Conducting meetings with potential clients and securing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold ACA/ACCA/AAT qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 6 years' experience in accountancy practice
- Demonstrate a genuine interest and track record of working with Media and Creative sector clientele
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting tools and applications would be advantageous
- Have solid technical expertise in Accounting and VAT matters
