Student Living are excited to offer an opportunity for an Allocation & Sales Manager for occupancy (Accommodation).
Primary Responsibility: Lead the Allocation & Sales Service Team to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue for student and guest accommodation while delivering exemplary customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the allocations and sales service team.
- Support university recruitment plans through effective accommodation management.
- Develop annual service business plans and oversee projects.
- Manage negotiations and operational activities with accommodation providers.
- Implement business/marketing strategies to support service promotion.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve income/expenditure/debt queries.
- Manage student and stakeholder satisfaction issues, including complaints.
- Collaborate with finance teams to monitor invoicing and payments.
- Foster collaboration and innovation across the university.
- Participate in an on-call leadership rota.
