About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team at The Channel Recruiter. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small VAR / Reseller partners, growing their business, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 20-30 small VAR / Reseller partners, providing guidance and support to help them grow their business.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to provide feedback on market pricing, commercial agreements, and product placement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the partner base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the channel sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT sales, with a strong understanding of the IT channel and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the IT industry and its trends.
