Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Channel Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our partners and suppliers, driving growth through strategic partner management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for Robertson Sumner, enhancing our market profile with partners and suppliers.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within designated partner accounts.
- Promote our range of products and services through existing partners, driving revenue growth.
- Support the new business team by scheduling warm introduction calls with prospective partners.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast updates in Salesforce.
- Create and execute business plans with partners to maximize revenue and achieve monthly/annual targets.
- Collaborate with partners' sales teams to ensure they fully understand and can effectively sell our propositions.
- Assist partners with customer quotations and ensure contracts are finalized in line with company procedures.
- Stay informed of competitor and market activities, identifying potential competitive threats and taking proactive action.
- Facilitate customer scoping calls and product demonstrations to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong sales background, ideally within the UCaaS or CCaaS industries.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth through partner channels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive business plans.
