In this role you will be responsible for the awareness and brand positioning of TD SYNNEX into the marketplace. The external communications plan, created and executed by you, will result in greater awareness of TD SYNNEX's value and differentiation amongst our customer and vendor target audiences. It will also create clarity and differentiation for TD SYNNEX's employer branding.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for promoting the TD SYNNEX brand in the UK&I and supporting the HR function to create differentiation for TD SYNNEX's employer branding.
  • Thorough understanding of TD SYNNEX's priorities and value including Trusted Advisor, DEI, future workplace and sustainability, along with key business unit value propositions.
  • Create and execute an annual omni-channel external comms plan to support the TD SYNNEX brand.
  • Responsible for the creation of new content and improvement of existing content in support of TD SYNNEX's key messages to be included in the external comms plan to partners, vendors and potential new co-workers.
  • Support the drive of TD SYNNEX thought leadership and promotion of TD SYNNEX UK&I Board and business unit leaders in conjunction with the PR and social media functions.
  • Work with the marketing director and marketing events team to support TD SYNNEX-led customer and vendor events.
  • Build a calendar of industry awards and events for consideration in the comms plan and support with branding and content creation as necessary for the chosen activities.
  • Build a strong relationship with TD SYNNEX sales teams to understand the different customer segments and personas, ensuring the comms language and messaging has maximum impact.
  • Work collaboratively with internal communications team to share relevant content for internal audience and keep the team informed on external activities.
  • Work closely with the vendor marketing teams to ensure the appropriate inclusion of TD SYNNEX value messaging into vendor marketing activities.
  • The creation of ad-hoc communications to support key initiatives and projects.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
  • >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management.
  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organisational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
