We are looking for an experienced hotel operator that is wanting to land a role where they can make a huge difference. Overall, your ability to create a culture of team engagement and service excellence will be key to this role along with your aspiration to grow the business.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An already exceptional track record driving business in a similar role within a full-service hotel
- Experience working in a branded hotel
- Sound knowledge of Food and Beverage operation
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels
You will report into the Hotel Manager and will have assisted responsibility for the hotel's operational and financial performance whilst also leading a team of 8 Heads of Department.
