Reporting line: You will report to one of the Directors of the Filmed Entertainment department

This role is to support the account team in the running of all assigned Entertainment accounts and to provide assistance in other areas as requested.

Key tasks

Client accounts

Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of all projects across the teamDevelop and maintain a broad knowledge and take an active interest in the entertainment industry as a whole (i.e. regular consumption of relevant media, websites and social channels)Keep abreast of entertainment media personnel changes and update database accordingly Research, draft press releases, synopses, feature ideas and other press materials including press pack informationDeal with incoming press queries and deal with as appropriate Curate and circulate daily press cuttings and reports to the account team on all allocated projectsManage the cuttings service for all clients Keep coverage and budget trackers up to dateKeep media database up to dateTranscribe and edit interviewsAssist the team in securing coverage as requiredAssist the team by attending press events and junkets where requiredDistribute press releases and carry out media sell-ins as directed by the account teamRaise POs when required Company-wide Follow all house systems and styles Book accommodation and travel requirements, taxis, bikes, couriers etc as requiredOccasional Premier Group assistance as requested by the Director The employer reserves the right to close the listing and stop accepting applications sooner than the original deadline.
