Job Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Team Assistant/ Administrator to join our client (a housing provider) on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to repairs teams in the Croydon branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare and distribute documents & reports when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, updating information as necessary.
  • Assist with ordering of materials required for the trades operatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience of co ordinating/ ordering of materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
