About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Administrator to join our dynamic team at Tiger Recruitment. As a Team Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Director and the wider team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Manage the Director's diary, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the wider team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with high-profile clients on behalf of the Director, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Report Preparation: Assist with the preparation of reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Note Taking: Take accurate and detailed notes during meetings and discussions.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Possess a university degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to work calmly under pressure and remain level-headed.
  • Teamwork: Be unflappable, hardworking, and incredibly loyal, with a positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
