Our client, one of London's leading universities, is currently looking to recruit a full time Exams Support Officer, to assist them during this busy exam period from 6th August – 19th August. The post will could be based at one of the following sites – Excel (Newham) The Strand, Waterloo or London Bridge, consideration will be given on preference, it will be working onsite full time.

The purpose of this role is to provide consistent and detailed administrative and logistical support for the Exams department. This will be a stand-alone position (full training and support will be provided) and will be based in a post room.

  • Overseeing the packing of highly sensitive examination scripts
  • Recording and dispersing scripts to Faculties
  • Managing documentation
  • Data Entry

    To be considered for this post, you will need to have worked in a similar post previously, where attention to detail is paramount, and working efficiently with minimal supervision was required. Ideally experience within the education sector or alternatively in a role which is logistical in nature. You will have excellent IT skills and be confident with using Excel and SharePoint. Excellent communication skills and able to pick up new systems and process with ease. The ability to work independently and proactively, you will have the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people.

    This post is looking to start on the 6th August, for 2 weeks, you will need to be able to meet the start date requirement, along with the commitment for the duration in order to be considered.
