In this key role, you'll play a vital part in connecting businesses with talented individuals seeking apprenticeships. You'll be the bridge between LSBU's industry-focused programmes and employers looking to develop a skilled workforce.

This is a chance for someone with Business Development and Account Management acumen to make a real impact on Apprenticeships at LSBU Group. We need someone who's able to create new opportunities by developing an understanding of employer's apprenticeships needs and increase engagement with existing clients. Much of your time will be spent meeting clients. You'll be working with senior level staff within defined sectors (such as HR Directors) and undertaking consultative phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings, as well as attending university and industry events.

You will be part of a fast paced Apprenticeships Team and will report to the Head of Business Engagement.

About You:

We are looking for a resourceful and creative Apprenticeship Relationship Manager to develop and manage the new business development and apprenticeship relationships for a set area of responsibility. You'll be part of a successful Apprenticeship Team ensuring that the LSBU Group meets it apprentice recruitment targets.
