About the role
The role sits within LCCOS Finance team, which manages the daily finance operation of the LCCOS staff and facilitates aspects of operational finance administration between LCCOS and UCL Central Finance teams. The team is made of the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager, the Project Finance Manager, three Finance Officers (including this role) and one Finance Assistant. The post holder is responsible for supporting the financial aspects of UCL Press and to contribute to the overall efficient and accurate running of the LCCOS Finance team. We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible. This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site. The post holder is expected to work onsite on Tuesdays (20% if working full time). Office is the DMS Watson Building.

This role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa certificate of sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. Therefore, UCL will not be able to sponsor individuals who require right to work in the UK to carry out this role.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have the following experience and skills:
• Ability to interpret and present data, especially to a non-finance audience.
• Experience of working collaboratively as a member of a small team to manage day-to-day finance operations.
• Advanced skills with Excel
• Experience of developing, maintaining, and reviewing administrative and computerised systems and processes.
