Job Description

Insite Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charity Finance Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial management of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed analysis and commentary
  • Collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive business improvements across various departments
  • Production of quarterly board reports and presentation packs for the Board and Senior Leadership Team
  • Support to the transactional finance team with daily ad hoc tasks and guidance on personal development
  • Contribution to the international development of our charity clients, expanding their global footprint
  • Preparation of Profit and Loss Accounts
  • Asset Management and optimization
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements and best practices
  • Ad hoc requests from the Director of Finance


The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Senior Finance professional with extensive experience in the above responsibilities, possessing excellent people management, communication, and leadership skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to commute to our offices as needed.


We offer a permanent and full-time position with the possibility of flexible working arrangements, including a 35-hour workweek and potential consolidation into a 4-day workweek.
