p>Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

Landmark Faith Recruiting Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Director to join their team and contribute to the charity's 5-year strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small professional team and third-party suppliers across Finance, incorporating responsibility for HR and IT operations. p>Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day financial controls, processes, and compliance. • Manage annual audits and the production of statutory accounts. • Work with the team to provide clear fundraising opportunities within restricted funds. • Develop and support financial assessments of the business as a going concern. p>The ideal candidate will be a CIMA or ACCA qualified Finance Professional with strong experience within the charity sector. They should demonstrate leadership of a team of financial experts in managing finance processes effectively, experience working with a board of Trustees, and preparing annual accounts for the Board and Charity Commission. p>The role can be office-based or hybrid remote working, with time spent at home and in the office located in Hertfordshire. The position offers a salary of up to £70,000 plus a great benefits package. The charity is a Christian organization based on those principles, and candidates should have empathy with those beliefs, mission, and principles, though you do not need to be a practicing Christian to apply. p>Key Requirements:

• CIMA or ACCA qualified Finance Professional • Strong experience within the charity sector • Leadership of a team of financial experts • Experience working with a board of Trustees • Preparing annual accounts for the Board and Charity Commission • Empathy with the charity's Christian principles and mission
