Charities Audit and Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Charities Audit and Accounts Manager to join our team at Pro-Finance. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of auditors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our charity clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services.
  • Develop and implement audit strategies, ensuring that all audit work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Oversee the completion of audit assignments, including assessing controls, systems, and planning.
  • Manage team and individual budgets and performance objectives.
Requirements:
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA with proven charities experience.
  • Experience of leading and managing an audit team.
  • Track record in business development, contributing to proposal delivery.
  • Experience working with software such as Microsoft, Caseware, Digita, Practice Engine, Sage, Xero.
