Are you interested in Editorial work with a passion for educational publishing? The DK Learning team is seeking a creative, motivated and detail-oriented Editor to be a part of our vibrant creative team. This is an entry level role, so no previous Editorial experience is needed.

You'll get to work on a variety of projects under the guidance of our fantastic Managing and Senior Editors, helping us deliver top-notch educational materials. This is a great opportunity to develop your passion for literacy and phonics as well as to make a difference in the lives of Children globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in content development, editing, copy editing, and proofreading.
  • Perform sense/fact-checking tasks across various projects.
  • Ensure content is age-appropriate, consistent with company values, and suitable for global publication.
  • Keep abreast of competitors and market trends to develop new ideas for content presentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including designers, managers, art directors, and sales teams.
  • Liaise with UK, US, and IL sales staff to ensure product content meets territory and co-edition requirements.
  • Support and contribute to team meetings and DK's DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) efforts.
