As a Sales Representative within the Upper Extremity team, you will play a significant role in a highly successful sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business in key upper extremity accounts, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the territory. You will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of Stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector; including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals. You will be required to conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts.

Ideally, the Sales Representative will live in a location situated on or close to this territory. The area covered is the North West including Greater Manchester, East Cheshire and Cumbria.

What you need

  • Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics
  • A demonstrable track record of success in sales
  • Intrinsic motivation with a focus on delivering results
  • Confidence and a desire to win
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in building relationships
  • Commercial acumen, ideally with a working knowledge of the NHS and selling in a theatre environment
  • Alignment with our Values – Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
  • A full, valid UK drivers license
  • Experience in Medical Devices would be advantageous
