Cleveland Fire Brigade are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Team Leader to join our administrative support team based in Hartlepool.

We are passionate about people and believe that this is an excellent opportunity for somebody to bring a professional approach and fresh ideas to help support the Brigade to achieve its mission of making Teesside safer and stronger.

You will be responsible for managing, monitoring and developing a team to deliver a comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the wider Brigade. This will include the provision a high quality, proactive, confidential administration and reception service including reprographics, co-ordination of and support at meetings and postal duties.

A key area of focus will be to ensure the team are competent and confident in dealing with members of the public, outside bodies and colleagues on a range of different duties and that you are able to support innovation, helping to drive and shape future improvements and efficiencies in processes

We're looking for somebody who can demonstrate the ability to manage and organise themselves and their team to achieve routine and ad hoc work with conflicting priorities and to tight deadlines. You will need effective written and oral communication skills as well as developed interpersonal skills.
