We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Recycling Operative to join our team at CastleView Group. As a Recycling Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our recycling facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and Sorting: Selectively pick materials from a moving conveyor belt, ensuring high quality and recovery rates.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of operator cabins and the facility as a whole.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • General Duties: Perform various tasks throughout the facility as instructed by your team leader or supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Punctuality: Consistently arrive on time for shifts and meetings.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting responsibilities and deadlines.
