Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse Leader

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team in a care home based in the Hartlepool area. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Oversee the management of medicines and ensure that all aspects of care are delivered in accordance with company policies and current legislation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Experience of leading a team and managing care staff
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop professional relationships
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Experience of delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector
