The Royal Greenwich Music Service (RGMS) are looking for a Senior Business and Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage all financial, administrative, and operational functions within the Royal Greenwich Music Service.

The Senior Business and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the line management of administrative staff with the RGMS and will provide financial reports to Manager of the service in line with current legislation and with due regard to accountability to Royal Greenwich and Arts Council England.

The successful candidate will influence and shape this role under the management and support of the Manager of the Royal Greenwich Music Service and in collaboration with RGMS management team.

We hold Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the heart of what we do - ensuring all children and young people in the Royal Borough of Greenwich receive fair access to high quality and inspirational music provision both in school and out of school within the community.

RGMS work closely with all schools in the borough, providing services including but not limited to curriculum support; first access to instrumental teaching and small group instrumental lessons.

We look forward to continuing to provide progression opportunities for all our children and young people through our strong out-of-school programme as well as partnership working and our work within the community as the lead organisation for the Royal Greenwich Music Education Hub.
