Write clean, efficient, and well-documented front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Implement responsive design principles for seamless user experiences across devices. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. UI/UX Requirements & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field. 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI experience in web, applications and report design (Power BI / Tableau). Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines. Knowledge of back-end technologies and full-stack development. Familiarity with user testing and research methodologies.
