Site Administrator

Location: Norwich Plant, NR7 9AT

Reporting to the Plant Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

The Site Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the production plant; overseeing daily administrative functions, supporting facility maintenance, and site personnel. This role involves managing resources, handling site communications, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Site Administrator acts as the central point of contact for site-related issues, facilitating smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation's objectives

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As well as performing your role as a Site Administrator –

Health and Safety Leadership: Champion a culture of safety by adherence to safety protocols. Lead by example to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Efficiency: Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows, minimize lost time, and maximize output efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity without compromising quality.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:

To ensure you team member always discharge your Health and safety duty of care to yourself and others and to report any accidents/near misses via the Capptions system. New Starters: Support new starters; Site access, clock machines etc Coordination: of site meeting rooms, visitors and on-site events & catering General administration: duties including franking machine & post Vendor management: including Catering, vending, water, work wear, office supplies Invoicing queries: covering all aspects through Purchasing lifecycle. Travel bookings and support Training: Support HR & other departments with coordination of training

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

To work without supervision To attend training courses as required To attend meetings as requested To assist with departmental initiative as required General housekeeping Other activities as requested

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Plant Manager Departmental Leaders Production Staff External suppliers Other Trivium plant personnel Occasional customer interaction is required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in general administration or supporting function. Experience using SAP would be advantageous MS Office literate Numerate
