- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, contractors, and other external parties.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology and systems.
- Required qualifications include GCSEs or equivalent and a UK Driver's License.
