About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to provide administrative support on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, managing office activities, coordinating communication, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, supporting project teams, and interacting with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including managing office activities, coordinating communication, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support project teams in achieving project objectives, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Interact with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other external parties, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, contractors, and other external parties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology and systems.
  • Required qualifications include GCSEs or equivalent and a UK Driver's License.
