IDEX are working exclusively with this leading insurance brokerage in Glasgow who have openings for two experienced Account Handlers to join the team.


Here you'll be managing cases with income values of £10k up to £250k at the top end, across a real mix of sectors including tech, life sciences, construction, engineering and property.

You'll enjoy the vibe here if you want to avoid the hierarchical, corporate culture of some larger brokerages.


These guys are all about client advice where the focus is on the client solution, rather than the bottom line.

A refreshing approach, particularly within today's market.


You'll be joining a team of around 20 like-minded insurance brokers, many of whom have moved away from national broking firms, attracted by the independent set up.


All the team here work on a hybrid basis with 2 days required in the office each week and the rest from home.


The salary on offer will range from around £35,000 if you are at the earlier stage of your career right up to £50,000 if you are a little more experienced.


The interview process is also refreshingly straightforward with a simple two stages including an informal chat, followed by a technical assessment.

You'll need a background in commercial broking for this one.
