Corporate Account Handler

Are you passionate about helping businesses protect their assets? We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Account Handler to join our team at a leading brokerage in Glasgow.

This role involves working with a large book of corporate clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on commercial insurance products. As their first point of contact, you will be responsible for assisting them with general product queries, new business quotes, midterm adjustments, and revised renewals.

You will work closely with the Account Executives to nurture and develop client relationships, ensuring exceptional client care is at the forefront of everything you do. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on commercial insurance products
  • Assist clients with general product queries, new business quotes, midterm adjustments, and revised renewals
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure exceptional client care is at the forefront of everything you do
Requirements:
  • Recent experience working in an Insurance Brokerage or Insurer, either advising or servicing clients regarding commercial insurance
  • Broad market knowledge of commercial insurance (Construction, Motor Trade, Haulage, Property Owners/Real Estate, Manufacturing/Engineering etc)
  • Being proactive, you like to be responsible for your own workload
  • You enjoy helping others and collaborating with colleagues
  • Working towards goals and targets
  • Familiarity with Acturis
