Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Account Handler to join our team at Reed. As a Corporate Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a large book of corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing proactive and reactive support to meet their insurance needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Work closely with our Account Executives to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow our client base
Requirements:
- Recent experience working in an insurance brokerage or insurer, advising or servicing clients regarding commercial insurance
- Broad market knowledge of commercial insurance, including sectors such as construction, motor trade, and manufacturing
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with Acturis and other insurance software
