You will work within the iptiQ Division Finance function, a multi disciplined team spread across several European countries and America. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Specialist in Luxembourg or London to manage and support with the following key responsibilities and outcomes:
  • Support the Carrier CFO on Solvency II reporting process and outputs across both iptiQ EMEA L&H and P&C carriers;
  • Support the monitoring, management and reporting of capital, liquidity and tied assets across the relevant carriers as well as the P&C Swiss branch;
  • Support the production and final reporting of regulatory returns, Board reports and other ad-hoc internal stakeholders;
  • Understand and support the management and organising of reinsurance programmes, both intra-group and with external reinsurers
  • Improvement and involvement in the development of processes and systems to meet future requirements;
  • Adopt a close and effective collaboration between all key functions involved, mainly with Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance and IT;
    Given the transition iptiQ is undertaking, we are seeking to hire flexible, willing and adaptable individuals that could potentially support other aspects that may be different to those summarised above.

    About You
    • You have strong knowledge and experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance sector, preferably with a direct insurer of risk products.
    • You possess relevant professional qualifications with a minimum of 5 years' industry experience. Insurance accounting experience / knowledge of multi GAAP & IFRS reporting standards for insurance business.
    • Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with complex details / systems and apply good business judgement along with an ability to independently deliver high-quality, relevant, timely and actionable outputs.
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines and under your own initiative with high levels of coordination and collaboration skills.
    • Confirmed relationship builder and motivating individual with the ability to engage and inspire others in a complex, cross-functional international environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential (as the primary business language). German and French potentially an advantage in some European based roles, dependent on role and location.
    • Intercultural competencies and the ability to understand complex processes and quickly and expertly adapt to changes and navigate through change effectively
