You will:

Champion exceptional member service, ensuring timely responses and accurate information

Oversee day-to-day operations of the subscriptions department, driving efficiency and continuous improvement

Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and development

Partner with internal stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a seamless membership experience

Contribute to strategic initiatives, including the annual lapsing campaign and data reconciliation projects

You be an ideal candidate if you have:

Proven track record in membership management, customer service, and team leadership

Expert knowledge of database management and strong analytical skills

Excellent comms and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

Background in continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering results

Salary and benefits:

+pound;52K p.a.

Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days remote)
