About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Subscriptions squad at Plum Fintech. As a key member of our Growth, Engagement & Monetization team, you will be responsible for driving the full subscriber lifecycle, from awareness to retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our subscriptions, focusing on minimizing churn, maximizing conversion, and driving cross-sell/discovery of our offerings.
  • Manage the subscriptions P&L, collaborating with data & marketing teams to drive retention, marketing & churn reduction strategies.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, launch experiments, and iterate to optimize our subscriptions funnels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape to ensure our subscriptions drive step-change value for our users.
  • Drive the planning process and roadmap prioritization for your team to drive KPIs that ultimately move our OKRs.
  • Work closely with your Group PM and other PMs to define and construct a long-term product strategy for our saving and investing products.
Requirements
  • Proven experience building mobile consumer products across UK and/or Europe, with a focus on the subscriptions domain at a fast-growing consumer scale-up.
  • Experience managing P&Ls and leading commercial thinking in the domain.
  • Ability to manage a team of engineers, communicate business needs, and drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to ground your thinking in data and drive actionable insights.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast learner, with a proven track record of making an impact through experimentation and optimization.
