Operations Assistant

You will be joining the Rethink Data Team and will be working on maintaining our crucial reference data management capability as well as supporting creation of data extracts and data sets that are important to our underwriting and analysis teams.

Rethink's roadmap has the following objectives:
Successfully improve upon the automated quoting and placing processes and build out its technology stack, incl. Rethink's UW Algorithm and rules engineDeploy a new underwriting platform to allow for more complex acceptance criteria and data augmentationIn addition, our existing Associate Product Owner for Data will be required to support the development of the Rethink Data and Analytics proposition and as such requires support to undertake existing daily tasks.
The jobholder will provide operational support to the Product owner and the Partnerships Manager on Rethink Transact.

What you'll bring:
Good all round London Market experience across all Lines of Business and insurance types.Great communication and soft people skills to build trust with stakeholders and clients
Desirable extra skills and experience:
Experience with structure and content of Market Reform Contracts (MRC).Understanding of Lloyd's Market Blueprint, especially the Core Data Record (CDR).
