As the Director of Human Resources at The Cadogan Hotel you will play a pivotal role in our Senior Management Team. From recruitment to payroll and welfare to future strategies you will be involved in the daily smooth running of our teams as well as leading and championing the future people vision.

Primary Responsibilities Include

· Generalist knowledge across all aspects of HR encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, reporting. L&D and legal compliance

· Ability to coach and lead managers, fostering positive working relationships and managing conflict

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR leadership, including employee relations, performance management and policy compliance
  • Experience in a similar Human Resources Director or HR Manager role for a minimum of 3 years, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • HR experience in the UK and ideally knowledge of the London market but not essential
  • Sound knowledge of HR UK laws, labour, and policies/procedures
  • Strong skills in negotiation, delegation, influencing, conflict resolution, collaboration and investigations
  • Change management experience
