Customer Resolutions Manager

Croydon office location with Hybrid working

£60,000 to £66,500 per annum plus Civil Service Pension

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Resolutions Manager to join them and manage, motivate and develop their Resolutions and Task Force teams.

The role will be responsible for directing the teams in the delivery of excellent customer Service. Ensure that the Task Force team investigate and resolve complex data issues, including administration system solutions, and manage assigned projects through to completion, meeting set targets. Whilst ensuring that the Resolutions team deal with and resolve all complaints, statutory and non-statutory, within prescribed SLAs, providing appropriate route cause analysis.

Their ideal applicant must have comprehensive experience of Occupational DB pension scheme administration, this experience would have been gained working within an occupational DB pension, for a third-party administrator or trustee. Experience of working in a complaint's environment is essential along with previous line management experience, including one-to-ones, appraisals, coaching and mentoring.
