We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Permit Coordinator to join our team in Slough, working on a state-of-the-art data centre project. As a Permit Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all necessary permits are obtained and maintained, coordinating with various teams to guarantee compliance and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the application and renewal of all necessary permits and licences.
- Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Address any issues or delays in the permitting process promptly.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the data centre or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of permit regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
