The role is an integral part of the People and Retail teams, making a difference by driving the company's people strategy in our stores.
What you'll do
At Primark we do retail our here is a taste of what you can expect in the role.
Partner with the Area Manager as a trusted advisor to support effective strategic and operational decision making across the area for 13 stores including new store Teesside and our recently expanded Metro store. Lead a team of Cluster People & Culture Business Partners across your geographical area. Inspirational leadership and providing clear direction is key. Collaborate effectively with the wider People & Culture team to enable a consistent, high-quality delivery of the P&C agenda. Coach and develop the retail leadership team on the area with a clear focus on great leadership and people management skills. Work in partnership to drive all people related KPIs across the area. Role model the Primark values and behaviours playing a key role in the culture of Primark, creating an environment where we are able to deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience. What you'll bring

Proven senior HR professional experience from a comparable multisite background. Good thought leadership across all the HR drivers of performance, talent development, employee relations, employee culture and well-being. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. As well as being highly analytical, being able to source actionable insights from people related data to make informed decisions. Strong leadership and coaching skills - ability to influence your team and others to communicate and inspire at all levels. Excited? Good.
